Undoing, Being, Becoming Dinners
The Undoing, Being, Becoming Dinners are small-talk detox conversations that allow us to go beyond our virtual existence to grow human-centered connections through engaging, meaningful conversation. The dinners are for people who realize that internal work is needed in order to do external work within communities, organizations, and systems. Our social identities have a part to play in the design, and practice of making change. If you are interested in attending a future Undoing, Being, Becoming Dinner, fill out this form!
Regenerative Leadership Community
Continuing the momentum from our Leading Through Disruption series, I am co-hosting an open learning community with Kathy Allen, Chris Kyle, and Daniel Lawse. These Zoom calls are open to anyone who is applying living systems thinking and strategies to their work. All are welcome to join. You can learn more, find recordings of our previous calls, and register for the upcoming dates on this page on Kathy Allen's website.
The Systems Simulation
Systems: Exploring Your Roles, Responsibilities, and Choices is a simulation that encourages reflective practice in systems thinking. Participants make connections between the self and the system, surfacing patterns of behavior in the way they show up and the way systems work. This simulation acknowledges that each person has a part to play and that their identity and perspectives matter. If you are interested in bringing the simulation to your conference, classroom, leadership program, nonprofit organization, or government agency, contact Steph or other consultants who can host the simulation.
